What are your store hours?
Our regular store hours are Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. to 6:00p.m. Saturday 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Sunday we are fishing.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. All orders are shipped before 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will go out the following business day.

Express orders placed before 10:30a.m. will be considered priority and will be shipped that same day. (Special rates will apply. Must be in-stock item for immediate shipping.)

ALL FOREIGN ORDERS will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified by the customer.

What shipping methods does C&H Lures offer?
C&H Lures ships all U.S. orders via FedEx; foreign orders, APO or military addresses will ship via USPS.

What types of payment are accepted?
C&H Lures accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have any questions or would like to pay by bank transfer please e-mail customer service or call us at 1-800-458-LURE (5873).

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
C&H Lures only charges sales tax if the shipping address is in the state of Florida.

What is C&H Lures' return policy?
We will accept returns on any unused merchandise that does not meet your approval within 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must include a receipt, a copy of the invoice or packing slip. All items must be in new condition with all accessories and in the original package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Does C&H Lures offer gift cards?

Are the skirts on my C&H Lure product replaceable?
